About the Role:
We are hiring aggressive, customer-focused Sales Professionals for the Direct Channel team. You will be responsible for driving life insurance revenue by acquiring new customers directly, pitching tailored financial solutions, and managing pre-qualified leads without relying on third-party brokers or bancassurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Lead Conversion: Connect with prospective customers assigned via company-generated leads (digital/walk-ins/events) and self-sourced networks in Belapur/Thane regions.
- Needs Analysis: Assess the financial goals and insurance needs of clients (Term, ULIP, Pension) to recommend suitable life insurance policies.
- Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings, deliver product presentations, and close sales directly.
- Relationship Management: Provide end-to-end service to policyholders, ensuring high persistency, timely renewals, and customer retention.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators .
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2years of proven frontline sales experience in the Life Insurance Direct Channel.
- Location: Familiarity with the local markets and demographics of Navi Mumbai (CBD Belapur/Vashi) and Thane (Wagle Estate/Ghodbunder) is highly preferred.
- Education: Minimum Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Skills: Excellent communication (English, Marathi, Hindi), strong negotiation skills, and a highly self-driven attitude.

- Salary Range: ₹\(4-6) Per Annum (Negotiable based on experience + Lucrative Monthly Incentives)
