Customer Support Engineer
Location- New Delhi
Roles & Responsibilities
Install and configure dental imaging machines and software.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues in machines and software.
Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of equipment.
Attend service calls and resolve customer complaints provide technical support within the given timeline.
Maintain service reports and installation records.
Train users on basic machine operation.
Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
Manage spare parts and service tools required for field visits.
Travel to client locations for installation and servicing work.
Required Skills
Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Biomedical, Electrical, or related field.
Basic knowledge of electrical and computer systems.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for field service work.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
