Role Overview
This role is for someone who loves bringing order to chaos, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, and making teams move smoothly. You will work directly with the founder and coordinate across clients, freelancers, vendors, and internal workflows.
Your mission: make the business run cleaner, faster, calmer, and more profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Project Management
* Manage incoming projects from brief to final delivery
* Create timelines, assign tasks, and track deadlines
* Ensure zero missed deliveries and smooth handovers
* Maintain daily operations dashboards and status trackers
* Build systems that reduce confusion and delays
Client Coordination
* Handle client communication professionally and promptly
* Gather briefs, clarify requirements, send updates, and follow up
* Maintain client confidence through smooth execution
* Ensure a premium service experience
Freelancer & Vendor Management
* Coordinate subtitlers, translators, editors, voice artists, designers, and other talent
* Assign work based on skill, availability, and urgency
* Track quality, timelines, and accountability
* Build a strong dependable freelancer network
Systems & Process Building
* Improve SOPs and workflows
* Organize ClickUp, Zoho, sheets, folders, and communication systems
* Use AI/tools/automation wherever useful
* Create repeatable systems so founder dependence reduces
Founder Support
* Help prioritize daily business functions
* Keep important follow-ups moving
* Reduce operational load from founder

* Media, localisation, subtitling, agency, or production experience is a big plus
* Familiarity with subtitling and post production tools is a bonus
