About the Role
We are looking for a highly professional and result-driven Senior Counselor cum Assistant Manager to drive admissions, conversions, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for candidates who can confidently handle counseling, lead management, and stakeholder coordination while contributing directly to the institute’s profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student counseling and guide prospects toward admissions
- Conduct calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion to maximize enrollments
- Generate revenue and meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Plan and execute admission drives, events, and outreach activities
- Build strong relationships with schools, counselors, and coaching institutes
- Coordinate with internal teams and work closely with all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate data, reports, and conversion tracking
Eligibility Criteria
- Prior relevant experience is mandatory (Counseling / Admissions / Sales)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Professional attitude with excellent personality and presentation
- Experience in school outreach, counseling, or coaching industry preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: No bar for the right candidate (Currently offering up to ₹18,000/month)
- Incentives: High-performance incentives with average yearly earnings of ₹3–5 Lakhs
