We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of General Manager – Mechanical Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage overall plant operations and business functions
Oversee production, project execution, quality, maintenance, and safety
Develop operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas industry standards and regulations
Manage client coordination, budgeting, and resource planning
Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Pumps or Oil & Gas manufacturing/engineering operations
Expertise in production, fabrication, machining, or heavy engineering projects
Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of ISO standards, and operational excellence practices
Strong communication and team management skills
