Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international customers.
- Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Build customer relationships through professional communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain call quality and accurate call records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interaction.
- Follow company processes and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 months of experience in International Outbound Calling is mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills will be considered.
- Experience in sales calls, lead generation, or international voice process will be preferred.
