Job Role:
Install, configure, maintain, program, and troubleshoot IoT devices and smart systems at customer sites. The role involves field installations, commissioning, live project activities, technical support, and travel across India.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and commission IoT devices, sensors, and smart systems.
- Perform product installation, programming, and system setup at client locations.
- Test, monitor, and troubleshoot system performance.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity, networking, and hardware issues.
- Support integration with software platforms and cloud applications.
- Attend breakdown and service calls for onsite technical support.
- Participate in live project execution, commissioning, and field activities.
- Prepare commissioning documentation, installation reports, and service records.
- Coordinate with customers and project teams during installation and support.
- Ensure proper functioning of installed products and provide user guidance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, IoT, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Knowledge of IoT devices, sensors, networking, and basic programming.
- Understanding of product installation, commissioning, and field service activities.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work as a Field Technician and travel anywhere in India for installations, commissioning, service, and live project activities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
