WeeQub Technologies is looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller who has good communication skills and basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Website Development.
The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, explaining our services, understanding client requirements, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into clients.
Responsibilities
Call new leads and explain our digital marketing and website development services.
Understand client requirements and share the details with the internal team.
Explain services such as website development, social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, branding, and business automation in a simple way.
Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up updates.
Build a good relationship with potential clients.
Schedule meetings or consultations with the sales/business team.
Handle basic client queries professionally.
Coordinate with the marketing and development team when required.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Website Development.
Confidence to speak with business owners and clients.
Good listening and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to manage follow-ups properly.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or digital marketing is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of social media marketing, website packages, SEO, ads, and branding.
Experience using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM, or lead tracking tools.
Ability to explain technical services in simple language.
