Health Dukaan - Medicine Express is a fast-growing organization dedicated to making healthcare and wellness accessible. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and digitally-savvy Social Media Intern to join our dynamic marketing team and help us build a strong online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and videos) for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Graphic & Video Editing: Collaborate with the team to design visually appealing creatives and edit short-form videos for promotional campaigns.
- Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with our audience.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, hashtags, and digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track post performance and help generate basic weekly/monthly reports on engagement and reach.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Instagram tools, basic video editors).
- Strong creative mindset, excellent written communication skills in English, and an eye for aesthetics.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working well in a fast-paced environment.
