Job Description
- Maintain optimum inventory levels; monitor stock, reorder supplies, and reduce wastage.
- Basic accounting and inventory management knowledge
- Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office tools
- Qualification: B.COM/ M.COM
- Location: Preferred Only Pune Saswad Based Candidates.
- · End-to-end ownership of store operations (RM, WIP, FG, spares)
· Daily physical stock verification and reconciliation with ERP
· Accurate and timely posting of GRN, consumption, issues, and returns in ERP
· Coordination with Production, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch teams
· Ownership of stock reconciliation during audits, month-end, and quarter-end closing
· Ensuring correct BOM consumption and highlighting ERP/BOM mismatches
· Maintaining proper documentation, bin cards, and traceability
· Identifying slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory
· Ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit, and statutory requirements
· Training and guiding junior store staff, if any
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,988.40 - ₹15,000.00 per month
