Sales & Store Assistant
RAD Designer Studio is looking for a Sales & Store Assistant to support daily store operations and provide excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Understand customer requirements and help them select suitable menswear outfits.
- Explain product details, pricing, sizes, and styling options.
- Handle sales and assist with billing/payment processes.
- Arrange and maintain outfits, accessories, and displays in the store.
- Check stock and keep products organized.
- Assist with packing and preparing customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the store.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing new stock.
- Coordinate with the team for customer requirements and orders.
- Handle basic customer queries through calls and messages when required.
- Support day-to-day store activities as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable and polite personality.
- Basic knowledge of menswear and fashion is preferred.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
