Evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers
Coordinating with engineering departments to check the possibilities of value engineering.
Estimation skills:
Analyzing received drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.
Categorizing & splitting the items according to the details.
Sending the RFIs and clarifications to the client and following up.
Preparing the BOQ from the drawings, specifications, and other documents is essential.
