We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Vice President – Wealth Management to lead business growth, build a strong wealth management vertical, and manage high-value client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in wealth creation, client acquisition, team building, and handling HNI/UHNI clients within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business generation and revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship management.
- Build and expand the Wealth Management business vertical.
- Manage and advise HNI (High Net Worth Individual) and UHNI (Ultra High Net Worth Individual) clients.
- Design and manage investment portfolios aligned with client financial goals.
- Develop and execute strategies for wealth creation and portfolio growth.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing wealth management team.
- Leverage existing professional networks to acquire new clients and top talent.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Identify opportunities to attract talent and business from competing organizations.
- Ensure exceptional client service and long-term relationship management.
Candidate RequirementsMandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the BFSI sector.
- Strong experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Private Banking, Financial Planning, or Relationship Management.
- Proven experience handling HNI and UHNI clients.
- Strong understanding of business models, market dynamics, and industry competitors.
- Excellent business development and client acquisition skills.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Existing network of clients and industry professionals preferred.
- Confidence and capability to attract talent and business from competitor organizations.
- Willingness to relocate if required.
Preferred Background
Candidates from Wealth Management Firms, Private Banks, Investment Advisory Firms, Asset Management Companies, NBFCs, Stock Broking Firms, Financial Services Organizations, and Insurance Distribution Companies will be preferred.
