Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electronic Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in motor testing and validation. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing testing protocols, analyzing test results, troubleshooting electronic systems, and ensuring product compliance with quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement testing protocols for motors and electronic control systems.
- Conduct performance, endurance, and reliability testing of motors and related electronic components.
- Analyze test data and prepare detailed test reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to motor electronics and control circuits.
- Perform validation and verification activities as per company standards.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to improve product performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and safety requirements.
- Maintain testing equipment and calibration records.
- Support product development activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in motor testing, validation, or electronic product testing.
- Knowledge of motor control systems, sensors, drives, and electronic circuits.
- Experience in preparing and executing test protocols.
- Familiarity with testing instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and data acquisition systems.
- Understanding of electrical safety standards and quality procedures.
