Years of Experience: Receptionist :1-3years of experience in front office / customer service roles
Key Responsibilities:
● Receive and handle phone calls professionally.
● Attend to guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
● Coordinate various office activities efficiently.
● Manage inward and outward correspondence.
● Maintain and update the phone directory.
● Coordinate messages and communications between attorneys and clerks.
● Utilize Google Sheets and Excel Sheets for various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
● Minimum of 1 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
● Proficient in using Google Sheets and Excel Sheets on a laptop.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
