We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back-Office In-Charge to manage the daily administrative and technical operations of our Samsung Dealership. You will be the backbone of our office, ensuring that data is accurate, inventory is tracked, and sales processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately record daily sales, purchases, and stock entries into the system/ERP.
- Inventory Control: Track incoming Samsung stock, manage serial number (IMEI) tracking, and perform regular physical stock audits.
- Documentation: Handle all billing, GST invoicing, and maintaining digital and physical records of vendor payments.
- Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Business Head and Sales Manager.
- Liaison: Coordinate with the sales team to confirm stock availability and communicate with Samsung distributors regarding order status.
- General Backend Support: Manage office emails, maintain PC systems, and ensure all dealership documentation is up to date.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic accounting software/ERPs.
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail dealership or back-office role (Experience with mobile/electronics brands is a plus).
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination.
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
