Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective purchasing.
✅ Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
✅ Work with the project’s team to determine material requirements.
✅ Monitor inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
✅ Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
✅ Analyze market trends to make data-driven procurement decisions.
✅ Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
✅ Coordinate with finance for timely vendor payments and cost control.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in procurement, especially in electrical/electronic components.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical products such as panels, relays, sensors, cables, PLCs, VFDs, etc.
- Strong negotiation and vendor development skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.) and procurement software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
