Job Summary
SS Hyundai Kottarakara is seeking an experienced and responsible Spare Parts Incharge to oversee the spare parts department and ensure smooth inventory management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automotive spare parts operations and stock control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage spare parts inventory and stock levels efficiently.
- Ensure timely ordering and replenishment of spare parts.
- Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and dealership departments for parts procurement.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory verification.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of spare parts.
- Support workshop and service teams by ensuring parts availability.
- Prepare inventory and parts-related reports as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile spare parts management.
- Experience in Hyundai or other automobile dealerships preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage departmental operations.
