The Zonal Head is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall business operations and performance of all branches within the assigned zone. The role involves driving business growth, monitoring loan and collection performance, managing branch teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the operations of all branches within the assigned zone.
- Monitor the performance of Branch Managers and their respective teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve branch productivity and profitability.
- Regularly review branch-wise performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Monitor loan portfolios and ensure timely collection and recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Identify and address overdue accounts and support branches in improving collection efficiency.
- Conduct regular branch visits, meetings, and performance reviews.
- Guide, motivate, and support Branch Managers and employees to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure branches follow company policies, operational procedures, documentation requirements, and internal controls.
- Identify potential business opportunities and support expansion within the assigned zone.
- Handle escalated customer and operational issues and ensure appropriate resolution.
- Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for smooth functioning of zonal operations.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on business performance, collections, branch operations, and other key indicators to management.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower and resources across branches.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professional conduct throughout the zone.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 Years experience in banking, NBFC, microfinance, financial services, lending /area/zonal management preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per hour
