Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities related to waterproofing, repairs, and civil work.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors to ensure work progresses as per schedule.
- Ensure work quality, safety, and adherence to drawings/specifications.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site logs, and measurements.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager and office team regarding site updates.
- Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage.
- Follow up on material delivery and maintain stock registers.
- Take responsibility for labor attendance and discipline at site.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma , BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering(Anyone who is interested and willing to learn are open to apply)
- Basic understanding of construction and waterproofing works
- Good communication and coordination skills
