Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare AI & Digital Transformation Manager to lead the implementation, adoption, and optimization of AI-powered healthcare solutions within hospitals. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare technology, and digital transformation initiatives, while being capable of independently managing large-scale projects and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and adoption of AI-powered healthcare solutions across hospital environments.
- Analyze existing hospital workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement through AI and automation.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across OPD, IPD, ICU, nursing, clinical documentation, and patient engagement workflows.
- Work closely with doctors, administrators, and hospital leadership to understand operational challenges and define technology-driven solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend AI use cases that improve clinical efficiency, documentation accuracy, patient tracking, and operational performance.
- Facilitate deployment and integration of AI tools within existing hospital systems and workflows.
- Monitor implementation progress, user adoption, and business outcomes of AI-enabled solutions.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, implementation, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to drive adoption.
- Track project milestones, risks, and performance metrics while ensuring timely execution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–8 years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare technology, digital health, or healthcare transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows including OPD, IPD, ICU, nursing operations, and clinical documentation processes.
- Experience working with Healthcare IT solutions such as HIS, EMR/EHR, Clinical Information Systems, or Digital Health Platforms.
- Exposure to AI-driven healthcare solutions, workflow automation tools, clinical intelligence platforms, or healthcare analytics systems.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects and drive execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working directly with doctors, clinical teams, and hospital leadership.
Preferred Profile
- Experience with leading hospital groups , or similar healthcare organizations.
- Exposure to AI implementation, healthcare analytics, machine learning applications, or clinical decision-support systems.
- MBA in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
