Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to ensure the safety of our personnel, assets, and premises. The role involves supervising the security team, monitoring security systems, and enforcing emergency procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage security personnel.
Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
Conduct regular patrolling and inspections of the premises.
Implement and enforce safety and emergency procedures.
Prepare incident reports and maintain security logs.
Train and guide the security team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in security supervision, preferably in industrial settings.
Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to respond calmly in emergencies.
Knowledge of Fire Extinguisher (How to Operate)
Preferred:
Security management certification.
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
