Job Role: Senior Architect
Location: Dhole Patil Road, Pune

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Residential and Commercial projects along with excellent design and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand project requirements
- Prepare conceptual and detailed drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop layouts, working drawings, quantity estimates, and presentations
- Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and site engineers
- Prepare municipal and environmental clearance drawings
- Conduct site visits and monitor project execution
- Ensure timely delivery of project documentation
- Handle client presentations and project coordination
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rendering Software, and MS Office
- Good understanding of Residential and Commercial project execution
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
Qualification & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Architecture
- Experience in AutoCAD & SketchUp is mandatory

- Candidate should be willing to work from Pune location
