About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates for one of India's leading eyewear brands, Lenskart. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting eyewear, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store sales targets while ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear products.
- Guide customers through eye examination and frame selection processes.
- Deliver a personalized and premium shopping experience.
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and product upgrades.
- Cross-sell frames, lenses, and accessories.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Billing & Order Management
- Process customer orders and payments accurately.
- Handle POS transactions efficiently.
- Track customer orders until delivery.
Store Operations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure store cleanliness and product displays.
- Conduct inventory checks and stock replenishment.
After-Sales Support
- Assist customers with adjustments and minor repairs.
- Handle warranty claims and service requests.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
Eligibility
Graduates preferred.
Undergraduates with relevant retail/sales experience can also apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales and customer service.
Willingness to work in a retail environment and rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Customer relationship management.
- Retail sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Product presentation skills.
- Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
