- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of cloud identity and access management concepts.
- Experience with integration of directory services in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards related to identity management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication and authorization issues.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
