Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial records.
- Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, MIS reports, and Cash Flow statements.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Monitor customer collections, outstanding payments, dealer accounts, and vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Process monthly payroll and maintain employee salary records.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Track project costing, inventory accounting, and financial performance.
- Manage purchase orders, vendor quotations, material procurement, and supplier coordination.
- Maintain accurate accounting and procurement records using Zoho Books and MS Excel.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounting & Procurement.
- Auditing experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel.
- Experience in Solar, EPC, Construction, Electrical, or Project-based industries is preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
