Property Operations & Maintenance Executive
Responsible for complete management, maintenance, and smooth functioning of the Chairman’s residence, including property upkeep, vendor coordination, staff supervision, repairs, renovations, procurement, and service operations while ensuring confidentiality and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end supervision of all residential property operations, maintenance, and improvement activities.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, interior, landscaping, and repair works across the property.
- Ensure timely completion of construction, renovation, and maintenance projects within approved timelines.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations for all required works, materials, services, and purchases.
- Maintain vendor database, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality service delivery.
- Supervise contractors, site workers, housekeeping staff, security personnel, and maintenance teams.
- Conduct regular property inspections and proactively identify repair or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure zero disruption in essential utilities and smooth functioning of all home systems.
- Track preventive maintenance schedules for appliances, HVAC, generators, lifts, pumps, and other equipment.
- Maintain expense records, bills, AMC schedules, warranties, and service documentation.
- Monitor inventory of household and maintenance supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and household requirements as instructed.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, aesthetics, and overall upkeep of the residence at all times.
- Handle emergency repair situations with quick turnaround and vendor mobilization.
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and high standards of personal service.
- Provide regular status updates and cost reports to the owner/family office.
- Optimize operational costs without compromising quality and responsiveness.
- Ensure all external staff and vendors comply with expected discipline and service standards.
- Coordinate approvals, permissions, and liaison work related to property services when required.
- Maintain readiness of guest areas, events, and special arrangements as per owner requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
