About the Role
Affifly Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented User Acquisition & Growth Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user growth, managing influencer partnerships, and executing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and affiliate partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers to drive engagement and conversions.
- Track campaign performance, user acquisition metrics, and ROI.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and product teams to create effective marketing campaigns.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Optimize marketing funnels to improve user conversion and retention.
- Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or User Acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in influencer outreach and campaign management.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and user growth strategies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketing tools.
