Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain PRIME card management system for credit/debit card operations.
- Manage online transaction processing and ensure high availability and security.
- Develop and integrate APIs, including Installment Plan API, for payment and card services.
- Provide functional support for credit card lifecycle (issuance, authorization, settlement).
- Implement and manage e-wallet solutions for digital payments.
- Configure and maintain VISA edit packages for compliance and transaction formatting.
- Manage VISA Token Services for secure card-on-file and digital transactions.
- Oversee merchant processing systems and ensure smooth onboarding and transaction flow.
- Implement and monitor Fraud Guard or equivalent fraud detection tools to minimize risk.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades and new feature rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, VISA, and other regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with PRIME card management system.
- Strong understanding of credit card functional processes (authorization, clearing, settlement).
- Experience with API development and integration, including installment plan APIs.
- Knowledge of merchant processing systems and acquiring solutions.
- Familiarity with Fraud Guard or similar fraud prevention tools.
- Knowledge of e-wallet platforms and digital payment ecosystems.
- Experience with VISA edit packages and VISA Token Services.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Understanding of ISO 8583 messaging standards and payment security protocols.

- Knowledge of EMV standards and tokenization technologies.
- Familiarity with fraud detection and transaction monitoring tools.
