We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with experience in international and IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth across global markets.

Research, identify, and generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, etc.)

Execute outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling and email marketing

Qualify leads based on business requirements and pass them to the sales team

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects in international markets

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM tools

Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize lead generation efforts

Develop a strong understanding of company offerings in IT/software services

Experience in International Sales / IT Sales / B2B Sales

Strong expertise in Lead Generation and Business Development
