Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive (Fresher) to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, interacting with followers, and supporting digital marketing initiatives to enhance the company's online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and stories.
- Coordinate with the design team for creative content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Support branding and marketing activities as required.
Required Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or basic editing tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Internship experience in social media or digital marketing is an added advantage.
