Qualification: MSW/MHA or equivalent
Experience: 1 - 3 years in healthcare setting
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, and procedures.
- Assist patients and visitors with directions and guidance within the facility.
- Coordinate with medical staff and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient admissions and appointments.
- Address and resolve patient and visitor concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospital policies, services, and emergency procedures.
- Support the hospital’s efforts in creating a positive and caring environment for all guests.
