Location- Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301
Duration- Full Time (6 DAYS , ON-SITE)
Salary-₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives
Eligibility - 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
Work Timings- 10AM-6PM
Role Summary
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calling, lead generation, prospecting, and customer engagement activities. The role includes cold calling, follow-ups, and client communication to support sales and business development activities.
The candidate will maintain CRM records, manage sales databases, coordinate with potential customers, and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calling activities
- Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls with leads and customers
- Generate leads and identify potential customers
- Explain products/services and maintain customer engagement
- Maintain and update CRM systems, sales databases, and customer records
- Coordinate with clients regarding meetings, demos, and sales discussions
- Support sales and business development activities through communication and outreach
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams for smooth customer handling
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales will be preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
