As an HR Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead the recruitment process for the company. You will be responsible for identifying job vacancies, creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and screening potential candidates.
In addition to recruitment, you will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing employee benefits, and overseeing employee training and development. You will be expected to work closely with the leadership team to develop HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall business strategy and goals.
You should have a deep understanding of HR regulations, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for building and maintaining positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
