Job Overview
FusionStays is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Associate to manage travel sales for the Odisha market. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their travel preferences, converting qualified leads into bookings, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings for holiday packages, hotels, resorts, and homestays.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel experiences.
- Build strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth booking execution.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent pre-booking support.
- Work closely with internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Both Freshers & Experienced can apply.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales (Travel, Hospitality, or Service Industry preferred).
- Fluency in Odia is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling holiday packages, hotels, resorts, or travel services.
- Knowledge of Karnataka's travel destinations is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in customer-facing sales roles.

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
