Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Technician for Brazing Work to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for performing brazing activities for HVAC/refrigeration piping systems, ensuring proper joint strength, leak-proof connections, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform brazing of copper pipes, fittings, and refrigerant lines for HVAC systems.
- Read and understand technical drawings/layouts related to piping installations.
- Prepare pipes and fittings before brazing (cutting, cleaning, fitting, etc.).
- Ensure proper use of brazing tools, gas cylinders, and safety equipment.
- Conduct leak testing after brazing work completion.
- Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/refrigeration systems.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure joints are durable and leak-free.
- Follow site safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with supervisors and project engineers for timely completion of work.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in brazing work for HVAC/refrigeration systems preferred.
- Knowledge of copper piping and refrigerant systems.
- Ability to handle brazing tools and equipment safely.
- Basic understanding of installation and maintenance work.
- Freshers with technical training may also apply (if applicable).
