We are seeking a passionate, creative, and client-focused Nail Artist & Nail Therapist to provide premium nail services while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, artistry, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Nail Services
- Perform luxury manicure and pedicure services, including classic, spa, and premium treatments.
- Deliver Gel Polish, Gel Extensions, Acrylic Extensions, BIAB, Nail Sculpting, Overlays, Refills, Nail Repairs, and advanced Nail Art.
- Assess clients' nail health and recommend suitable treatments based on their needs and preferences.
- Perform restorative nail treatments, cuticle care, exfoliation, hydration, and nail-strengthening therapies.
- Educate clients on nail care, maintenance, and post-treatment recommendations.
Client Consultation & Guest Experience
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand each client's preferences and beauty goals.
- Recommend suitable nail designs, colours, treatments, and maintenance schedules.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury guest experience through professional service and attention to detail.
- Build long-term client relationships by providing consistent, personalized care.
- Professionally address client concerns and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Revenue & Business Growth
- Promote premium nail services, treatment upgrades, memberships, and retail products.
- Encourage repeat appointments through excellent service and proactive follow-ups.
- Inform clients about seasonal offers, new services, product launches, and exclusive promotions.
- Contribute to achieving individual and centre revenue targets through service excellence and upselling.
Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sterilization, and infection control.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are sanitized before and after every service.
- Follow Glow's SOPs, safety protocols, and operational guidelines at all times.
- Maintain treatment rooms and nail stations in immaculate condition.
Operations & Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with the Front Desk and Case Manager to ensure efficient appointment scheduling and minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records where required.
- Assist during promotional events, product launches, workshops, and brand activations.
- Stay updated on the latest nail techniques, industry trends, and product innovations through continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Certification or Diploma in Nail Technology, Beauty Therapy, or Cosmetology.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a premium salon, luxury clinic, or high-end beauty studio.
- Proficiency in Gel Nails, Acrylic Extensions, Nail Art, BIAB, Luxury Manicures & Pedicures, and therapeutic nail treatments.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong artistic creativity with excellent attention to detail.

- Knowledge of nail anatomy, nail health, and infection-control practices.

Pay: ₹15,909.83 - ₹33,665.89 per month
