About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Gynaecologist to join our healthcare team in Mangaldai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive women's healthcare services, including outpatient consultations, diagnosis and treatment of gynaecological conditions, antenatal and postnatal care, and appropriate management of obstetric and gynaecological emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive gynaecological and obstetric consultations.
- Conduct antenatal and postnatal assessments and provide appropriate care.
- Diagnose and manage common and complex gynaecological conditions.
- Perform relevant gynaecological procedures and surgeries as per competency and hospital facilities.
- Manage obstetric and gynaecological emergencies appropriately.
- Counsel patients and families regarding treatment options, procedures, reproductive health, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, radiology, anaesthesia, and other clinical teams.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient-safety standards, and ethical medical practices.
- Participate in quality-improvement and patient-experience initiatives.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and effective communication to patients and attendants.
Qualifications
- MBBS from a recognised medical institution.
- MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology or equivalent recognised postgraduate qualification.
- Valid registration with the appropriate State Medical Council/National Medical Commission as applicable.
- Additional training or experience in high-risk pregnancy, infertility, ultrasound, or minimally invasive gynaecological procedures will be an advantage.
Experience
- 1–5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong clinical skills and relevant postgraduate qualifications may also be considered.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
