Job Description: Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Camunda 8.
- Proficiency in BPMN, DMN, and CMMN modelling.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js for Camunda service tasks.
- Strong understanding of Camunda's APIs, connectors, external task pattern, and custom plugins.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and microservices architecture.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, OutSystems, Power Apps) is a plus.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, Spring Boot, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and regulatory workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a global Agile team environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex business process models using BPMN, DMN, and CMMN in Camunda 8 (or 7).
- Work closely with business analysts and product owners to translate business requirements into executable process workflows.
- Build integrations between Camunda and other Client’s systems using APIs, microservices, and messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka, REST, SOAP).
- Utilize low-code/no-code tools for rapid application development, focusing on agility and efficiency.
- Work with Java to implement custom service tasks, business logic, and integration points in process models.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of process automation solutions across business units.
- Contribute to client’s global customer journey orchestration strategy by aligning process design with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate Camunda with other enterprise systems, databases, and third-party services using REST APIs, messaging queues, and event-driven architectures.
- Optimize and ensure the scalability and performance of Camunda 8 workflows in production environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services is a plus
- Support deployment and monitoring of Camunda solutions using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native tools.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and ensure best practices in BPM development.
