Customer Support Executive (Chat Process)

Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Chat Process. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, excellent typing speed and a customer-focused approach. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Handle customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
- Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Meet typing accuracy and productivity targets.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass (Undergraduates can apply).
- Original marksheet is mandatory at the time of joining.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Freshers must have an Aadhaar linked with a nationalized bank account and should not have worked under the NAPS program.
- Candidates with 6 months or more of BPO or Private Limited company experience will be considered as experienced applicants (Background Verification applicable).
- Good English communication skills (Skill Level 4 or above).
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
Shift Details
- 6 days working
- 9-hour shifts
- Working window: 7:00 AM to 3:00 AM (Rotational shifts)
