About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Representative
(BDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one
year of experience who are passionate about sales, lead generation, and building strong client
relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with prospects across
multiple regions and languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach
channels.
- Initiate conversations with prospective customers and understand their business needs.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development/Sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant
discipline.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Support,
Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
Language Requirements Mandatory

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
- Good persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
