Job Description:
We are hiring a responsible and energetic Store Manager for our Mohali outlet. The candidate must be capable of handling complete store operations independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations: Manage daily store operations including opening and closing
2. Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule and supervise store staff. Maintain discipline and grooming standards
3. Inventory & Stock: Monitor stock levels, ensure FIFO, coordinate with factory for supply, and minimize wastage
4. Sales & Targets: Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Handle billing and promote upselling
5. Quality & Hygiene: Maintain product quality, freshness, cleanliness and hygiene. Remove expired/near-expiry stock
6. Customer Service: Address customer queries and complaints. Ensure excellent customer experience
7. Merchandising: Ensure proper product display, branding and store presentation
8. Reporting: Submit daily sales, stock and cash reports to management on time
9. Cash Handling: Manage cash, UPI transactions and maintain accurate records
10. Compliance: Ensure all company SOPs, safety and hygiene policies are followed
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree preferred
- Language: Must be fluent in Hindi and English
- Prior experience in retail/food industry is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and reports
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
For experienced candidates, salary will be discussed during the interview
