Requirement : Civil Engineer with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in estimation and quantity surveying. The candidate should be capable of independently handling quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, tender estimation, cost comparison, quantity reconciliation, and coordination with site and commercial teams.
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Handle end-to-end tendering activities for civil and industrial construction projects.
2. Study tender documents, BOQ, drawings, specifications and scope of work.
3. Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, estimation and detailed costing.
4. Prepare rate analysis and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations.
5. Prepare tender proposals, techno-commercial documents and comparative statements.
6. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal project teams.
7. Identify scope gaps, risks, exclusions and commercial deviations in tenders.
8. Support tender negotiations and finalization of competitive rates.
9. Maintain tender records and track submission deadlines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
