Location- Noida ( Sector 62)
Salary -Upto 5 LPA + Attractive Salary
Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students/parents via calls/video on course fit
- Handle outbound and cold calls to generate and convert leads
- Convert leads into enrollments; handle objections confidently
- Maintain CRM data and follow up consistently
- Hit weekly/monthly enrollment targets
Requirements
- 1–4 yrs experience in counselling, admissions, or ed-tech/inside sales (mandatory)
- Prior experience in cold calling / outbound calling strongly preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable in a target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree
