We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, interested in digital marketing, and capable of identifying new business opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, online research, networking, and field visits.
- Generate leads for digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, website development, and performance marketing services.
- Explain Visibiliti’s services to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings, follow up with leads, and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Support the team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- Coordinate with the internal digital marketing team to understand service offerings and campaign solutions.
- Maintain lead databases, follow-up records, and daily/weekly reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, Google Ads, and website development.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, email communication, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is preferred.
Qualification
- Any degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in marketing can also apply.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, telecalling, digital marketing, or business development will be an advantage.

- Number of qualified leads generated.

Salary
Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance. Attractive incentives will be provided for successful conversions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
