Chaichun is a growing premium tea brand focused on retail, hospitality, e-commerce, and operational excellence. We are looking for an experienced and innovative professional to lead digital transformation initiatives and AI-driven process improvements across the organization.
Role Overview:
The Systems & AI Operations Managerwill be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing digital platforms, automation systems, AI tools, and business process technologies across departments. The role requires a strong understanding of business operations, workflow automation, data management, and modern AI solutions that improve efficiency, reporting, communication, and decision-making.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling enterprise digital tools, AI platforms, process automation, and cross-functional system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Transformation & Automation
- Identify operational gaps and implement digital solutions to improve efficiency.
- Develop and manage workflow automation across HR, retail, operations, sales, and administration.
- Introduce AI-based tools for reporting, communication, customer engagement, and productivity enhancement.
- Automate repetitive manual processes to improve turnaround time and accuracy.
- AI Tools & Technology Management
- Research, evaluate, and deploy relevant AI tools for business use.
- Train departments on effective utilization of AI platforms and digital systems.
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend scalable digital solutions.
- Ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new digital initiatives.
Systems & Data Management:
- Manage business software, dashboards, and digital reporting systems.
- Coordinate with IT and departmental heads for software integrations and digital upgrades.
- Ensure proper data organization, security, and accessibility.
- Maintain SOPs for digital platforms and operational workflows.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing operational practices and recommend technology-driven improvements.
- Create centralized digital systems for approvals, tracking, attendance, reporting, and communication.
- Support management with analytical reports and performance dashboards.
Team Coordination & Support:
- Work closely with HR, Retail, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support related to digital tools.
- Conduct internal training sessions for employees on new systems and AI tools.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Certifications in AI tools, automation, ERP systems, or digital transformation will be an added advantage.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Automation, AI Tools Management, or IT Operations.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, hospitality, or consumer brands preferred.
- Prior experience handling ERP systems, workflow automation tools, dashboards, and AI-based productivity tools is highly preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms.
- Experience with ERP/software implementation and digital workflow systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of business operations and process optimization.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional coordination.
