We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, compliance, taxation, budgeting, MIS, and supporting strategic financial initiatives. This role offers excellent exposure to corporate finance, business strategy, and capital market transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with Direct Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Support financial due diligence, fund-raising, IPO readiness, and investor reporting activities.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to corporate governance practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance function.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualified CA
1–3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Accounts, Audit, or Taxation.
Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
