- We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting telephonic interviews, and lining up interviews with hiring managers.
- As our organization is 100% focused on manpower hiring and recruitment, the primary responsibility of the HR Recruiter will be to fulfill hiring requirements within the given timelines and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. The role involves regular candidate follow-ups, interview coordination, joining confirmations, and maintaining recruitment records.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the capability to achieve manpower hiring targets in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
