About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and results-driven Recruiter to join our recruitment team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse corporate clients across various industries (IT, Non-IT, BPO, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.) within the domestic Indian market.
If you have at least 1 year of proven experience in a staffing agency, possess solid sourcing skills on major job portals, and thrive in an independent Work-From-Home setup, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with us while earning lucrative incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring cycle, from understanding client Job Descriptions (JDs) to sourcing, screening, scheduling, and final candidate onboarding.
- Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Identify and source high-quality candidates using major job portals (Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn), internal databases, social media, and professional referrals.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct thorough telephonic/video screening to evaluate candidate skills, domain experience, communication, salary expectations, and notice periods before client submission.
- Interview Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between candidates and corporate clients to schedule interviews, share constructive feedback, and manage rescheduling seamlessly.
- Offer & Onboarding Management: Assist in salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and maintain rigorous post-offer follow-ups to ensure high joining ratios and zero dropouts.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain daily recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and build a consistent pipeline of active job seekers.
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Who Can Apply?):
- Work Experience: Minimum 1+ year of mandatory experience working in a Domestic Staffing Firm or Recruitment Agency.
- Portal Proficiency: Hands-on experience using search strings (Boolean searches) and sourcing tools on Naukri, Foundit, and LinkedIn.
- Communication Skills: Excellent professional communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the confidence to interact with candidates and corporate HR teams.
- Remote Work Setup: As this is a 100% Work-From-Home role, you must have a reliable personal laptop/desktop, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, and a distraction-free, professional working environment during office hours.
