We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with internship experience in handling international clients and IT sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.
- Handle lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other sales channels.
- Communicate with international clients to understand their business requirements.
- Pitch IT services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for project discussions and estimations.
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
- Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Internship experience in IT sales or international business development.
- Good understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
